HOW DO I USE LISTERINE ^® MOUTH WATER PROPERLY?

→ Use LISTERINE ^® mouthwash twice daily after brushing the teeth for a complete oral hygiene.

→ Use about 20 milliliters of the solution. This corresponds to 4 teaspoons.

→ Dilute the product. It is ready to use.

→ Rinse your mouth for 30 seconds and then spit it out.

To get used to the taste of the product, you build gradually on the purge time. Rinse the first days, for example 10 seconds, and up to 20 and then 30 seconds as you get used to the taste.
